About Bebeca
Health is shaped by how we move, nourish, recover, and live each day.
I see health as a dynamic system shaped by how we move, nourish, recover, and live each day.
Background and approach
An integrated understanding of health
My background began in Physical Education and has evolved through years of studying movement, mobility, and the relationship between physical function and overall well-being. Over time, my work expanded beyond movement into a more integrated understanding of health — including nutrition, sleep, stress management, lifestyle, and healthy aging.
I am a Certified Health Coach, with postgraduate training in Integrative and Functional Health and additional education in Lifestyle Medicine. My background also includes extensive training in yoga and mobility, as well as years of experience working with individuals with neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s disease.
Throughout this journey, I developed the Uflex Method, an approach to mobility that reflects my understanding of how movement, body awareness, and individual needs come together to support better physical function.

Bebeca Health today
Different areas, brought together
Today, Bebeca Health brings these different areas together.
My approach combines health coaching, movement, and evidence-informed lifestyle strategies to help people better understand their bodies, build healthier habits, preserve mobility, and support their health as they age.
My philosophy is centered on sustainable, individualized change rather than perfection or quick fixes. It starts with understanding where you are today, identifying meaningful opportunities for improvement, and building healthier choices that can naturally become part of your life.
Because healthy aging is more than just living longer.
It’s about staying capable, independent, and engaged in the life you want to live.
