Cookie & Storage Policy
Bebeca Health currently uses only technology needed to sign you in, keep requested features working, secure the site, and deliver video or live classes.
1. What this policy covers
Cookies are small files a website or provider may place in a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, software-development-kit storage, and server logs. This policy describes those technologies on the Service.
2. Technology we use now
We use strictly necessary and functional storage. We do not currently run advertising cookies, behavioral advertising pixels, or optional marketing analytics on the website.
- Authentication storage: Supabase session tokens keep you signed in, refresh a valid session, and protect member or administrator areas.
- Remember-me preference: local or session storage remembers whether you asked the browser to keep the session after it closes.
- Feature continuity: session storage can temporarily preserve an unfinished or completed questionnaire result while you create or sign in to an account, so the result is not lost.
- Payments: Stripe may use necessary fraud-prevention and checkout technology when you open secure checkout or the billing portal.
- Recorded video: Mux may use playback identifiers, connection information, and diagnostics needed to stream, secure, caption, and measure video quality or engagement.
- Live classes: LiveKit processes connection, device, permission, and meeting information needed to provide secure real-time audio and video.
- Hosting and security: Vercel and our infrastructure providers process request logs, IP address, browser information, and security signals needed to deliver and defend the Service.
3. Why there is no optional-cookie banner
Because the current Service does not activate optional advertising or marketing analytics, we do not present a banner that implies there are optional categories to accept or reject. Necessary storage is used to provide a feature you request and cannot be disabled through a site preference without breaking that feature.
Before introducing non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar technology, we will update this policy and add a consent control where required. Optional technology will not be activated before the required choice is made.
4. Your browser controls
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies and site storage in browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may sign you out, prevent protected classes from opening, remove a pending questionnaire result, or stop checkout and live-class features from working. Browser privacy signals do not change advertising behavior because we do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising.
